Don't Leave Money on the Table

Insurance adjusters settle claims fast. Without a roofing contractor who knows what hail damage and wind damage actually look like, damage gets missed and claims get undervalued. Homeowners end up paying out of pocket for work their policy should have covered.

We document everything before the adjuster shows up, including damage you can't see from the ground. We meet the adjuster on the roof so nothing gets skipped.

Free Inspection. No Commitment.

If there's no claimable damage, we'll tell you. We don't file claims that won't hold up.

Our Insurance Claim Process

From first call to final repair, here's how it works.

01

Free Inspection

We inspect your roof at no cost, checking shingles, decking, flashing, gutters, and fascia for storm damage. All done before any claim is filed.

02

Documentation & Damage Report

We build a detailed damage report with photos, measurements, and our assessment. This gives the adjuster documented damage they have to address.

03

Claim Filing Support

We help you understand your policy and file the claim with the right information from day one.

04

Adjuster Meeting

We meet your insurance adjuster on-site. Having a contractor on the roof means nothing gets skipped and disputes get handled in real time.

05

Claim Approval & Scope of Work

We review the approved scope and make sure it covers everything. If anything is missing or undervalued, we supplement the claim before work starts.

06

Full Repair or Replacement

We complete the repair or full roof replacement using approved materials. Any supplements during the job are handled directly so you're not stuck in the middle.

What We Cover

Every part of your roof system, plus the related exterior damage adjusters often miss.

Hail and wind damage to roofing systems

Damage to gutters, fascia, soffit, and flashing

Siding and exterior damage on the same claim

Emergency tarping and securing (hail/wind)

Containment and demo for flood and fire damage while claim is pending

Hail, Wind, Flood, and Fire

Hail Damage

The most common roof insurance claim in Metro Atlanta. Granule loss, bruising, and cracked shingles require a trained eye to spot and document for a full claim.

Wind Damage

High winds lift shingles, damage ridge caps, and compromise flashing without obvious visible signs. We find what the adjuster would miss.

Flood Damage

Emergency containment and demo for flood-damaged interiors while your claim processes. Stopping the spread comes first.

Fire Damage

We handle demo and securing of fire-damaged structures while the claim is being filed to keep the property protected.

Questions Before Filing

What homeowners ask us most before starting a roof insurance claim.

Talk to Our Team Directly

In most cases, a single weather-related claim for hail or wind doesn't cause a significant rate increase. These are acts of nature, and most policies treat them differently than at-fault claims. We recommend asking your agent before filing, and we can help you decide if it makes sense.

You usually can't see it from the ground. We look for granule loss, bruising in the shingle mat, cracked shingles, and dents on gutters, downspouts, and vents. If a storm passed through your area, there's a good chance something took a hit.

Call us first. Let us inspect the roof and confirm the damage warrants a claim. Filing a claim for minimal damage that doesn't meet your deductible wastes time and stays on your record. We'll be straight with you about what we find.

We handle supplements regularly. If the settlement doesn't cover the actual scope of work, we document the gap and work with the adjuster to revise it. Having a contractor who knows this process makes a real difference in the outcome.

Yes. Most Georgia insurance policies give you one to two years from the storm date. If you've had a major storm recently and haven't gotten an inspection, schedule one before that window closes.

Your deductible is your responsibility. Any contractor who offers to waive it is likely committing insurance fraud. We offer in-house financing with 0% interest for the first year if the deductible is a stretch.
